Community Homes for Opportunity (CHO)

The CHO program is provided by Mental Health Services of Renfrew County in partnership with Carefor Health & Community Services. The program is intended to assist tenants by providing appropriate housing and support services within their own community. Desired outcomes include achieving and maintaining stable, safe and affordable housing, promotion of independence, and increased quality of life.
