Our Hospital team is working hard to ensure that our services meet the health care needs of our patients and families and that each health care experience is met with compassion and the highest quality of care.
Bringing quality care closer to home has been one of our guiding principles and this has resulted in significant growth in the breadth and scope of services that we are able to deliver. Today, the services and technology we have, many of which are described throughout our website, are state-of-the-art.
In addition, we continue to experience growth as a teaching hospital affiliated with the University of Ottawa's Faculty of Medicine, while also providing education experience for a wide range of students in various health disciplines on an ongoing basis.
While our hospital, the health care sector and our community at large have been challenged over the last couple of years by the onset of the global pandemic, COVID hasn't stopped us from forging ahead on many fronts with new services and innovations.
This can be seen through a variety of significant construction projects that are underway within our facility, through the development of innovative service delivery models such as virtual care, and through work with our health care partners to integrate the delivery of various health care services.
