October 8, 2024 - Please note that we are currently having issues with our Tower D elevator. Currently the elevator is not servicing the ground floor of Tower D, but is available for those travelling to floors 1-4.
If you have an appointment on the Ground Floor and are unable to use the stairs, we ask that you please contact your service provider to see if alternate arrangements can be made.
Our service providers are doing their best to reach out to patients who are scheduled in order to determine if this will impact their appointments.
This Friday, as part of an effort to assess the problem, the elevator will be out of service for the entire Tower D building between 1 and 3 p.m.
If you have mobility issues and have an appointment in the building on Friday during these hours, please contact your service provider.
Thank you for your understanding.
